Rules, Regulations, and Agreement
By participating in the WantSame Referral Rebate Program operated by C‑SIPS, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Program Status.
I understand that I am not a sales representative, independent distributor, or employee of C‑SIPS. I am a customer of WantSame participating in the Referral Rebate Program, which allows me to receive rebates on my own purchases and from referral purchases down to the 3rd level tier across 12 stages.
Rebate Eligibility- I understand that all rebates are paid only after qualifying purchases have been completed.
Participation Limits: I understand that I may participate in the program up to three (3) times. I may reuse the same referrals only after completing the 12th stage. If I re‑enter before completing Stage 12, I must provide three new referrals.
Referral Source: I understand that I may be referred by others who are not yet in the program, and this will count toward my three allowed phases.
Phase Completion I understand that each phase ends at the 12th stage.
Re‑Enrollment Purchases I understand that I must repeat the enrollment purchase process from the WantSame Online Shopping Center each time I enter a new phase.
Slot Filler Authorization: I understand that I grant C‑SIPS permission to use a portion of my rebate (earned after completing Stage 12) to help sponsor new participants as needed (“slot fillers”).
Program Termination Rights: I understand that I may terminate my participation at any time. I also understand that C‑SIPS reserves the right to cancel the program or my participation at any time without prior notice or approval.
Tax Responsibility I understand that I am responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on rebates received. C‑SIPS will issue a 1099 form for earnings over $600, as required by law.
Escrow Protection I understand that a portion of my Stage 12 rebate may be held in escrow to ensure that new participants are paid appropriately if the program ends.
No Legal Obligation I understand that I am not legally tied or obligated to C‑SIPS for any purpose. I agree to hold C‑SIPS harmless for any legal claims related to the Referral Rebate Marketing Concept.
Voluntary Participation I understand that participation in the Referral Rebate Program is voluntary and based solely on my decision to purchase and refer others. No guarantees of income are made beyond the structured rebate schedule.
Updates to Terms I understand that C‑SIPS may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Communication Responsibility I understand that all communications related to the program may be sent via email or text, and I am responsible for ensuring my contact information is accurate and up to date.
Misuse and Fraud I understand that misuse, fraud, or misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of my participation and forfeiture of any pending rebates
